At Noble Scholar Academy, we strive to deliver the best educational experience. Our refund policy ensures fairness and clarity for all students and parents.

2. Admission & Fee Payment

Once a student’s admission is confirmed and the fee is paid, it will be considered final. Fees are generally non-refundable except under specific conditions mentioned below.

3. Refund Eligibility

  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 7 days of payment.
  • Refunds may be considered only in cases of:
    • Duplicate payment by mistake.
    • Admission cancellation before the commencement of classes.
  • No refund will be given after classes have started or course materials have been issued.

4. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed within 15 working days through the original mode of payment. Transaction charges (if any) will be deducted.

  • Hostel and transportation fees after usage
